Morning hair = fun hair!

Shower shower shower.

Looks like someone got caught in the bathroom.

Time check and time to boil water.

Clean up the kitchen a little while I wait.

COFFEE TIME.

Not pictured, Lady awakening.

On our way, early in the day.

What what. Favorite place first thing in the morning.

New layout to our morning classes started last week. More team stuff. More crazy stuff, like prowler pulls and duck walking. Dunno how I like it just yet. In theory, prowlers = awesome. In practice, not so much.

Come home, greeted by

Get super dressed. AKA, dressed.

Get ready. Starting with loading up my iShuffle with audiobook.

Pre-packaged foods for easy packing.

On our way!

Shadow portraits - been a while. :)

Waiting at the bus stop.

Hey bus!

Downtown!

...and down into the basement.

Probably the most welcoming hallway. This is where I work now. :/

At least I now have lights. Just installed last week!

Have some breakfast.

Organize myself and mark off the calendar.

After some work, it's break time. I don't really feel like going outside because it's hot, so I slink to the back of the basement.

Caution!

Proof that I actually do work.

Lunchtime! Freedom!

Write a bit in my favorite spot until the sun creeps in.

Nice day. Wish I could stay outside. :(

One of these days I might actually eat my lunch during lunchtime. >>

Looks like boss has left for the day. Motivation to work very quickly goes downhill.

When it's time to leave, I flee.

Off the bus, walking home.

Home! Time check.

Not for very long, though. I start getting ready, first by de-stinkifying my pants. >>

And having dinner.

Okay, and also harassing cats.

I put together a package for my dad's birthday, which is coming up this weekend. My parents are probably moving to AZ when they retire, so I put together a desert care package, including a water bottle, sunscreen, and SW spices.

Make him a card.

Then it's time to get ready. Put together our BCAA's for the evening.

Try to prep as much for tomorrow morning as possible. That means putting together all the lunch packages.

Then we're on our way.

Having a strong case of deja vu.

It's our evening hypertrophy class which I mentioned last DITL. Lots of slow light-weight, high-rep dumbbell work.

Our tasks for the evening.

Last thing we have to do, then we can go. Ab work involving holding a loaded barbell overhead and hitting it with your legs.

Yawning terribly by the time we get home. Coach thought it was an excellent idea to put on classical music to help our tempo pacing, but really, it just put me to sleep.
Feed

Have a shot of magnesium to help me not feel sore or wake up in the middle of the night because all my muscles hate me.

Pass out way late. Good night! - zzzz
