After much back and forthing and giving up and then possibly determining that yes, we might be able to do this still, lady and I are going to San Diego this weekend. On very short notice. Well, plane-wise. We'd been thinking about it for a few months. I promise to take lots of pictures and I'll probably do another picture post like the last one. That was kinda fun.

Lady seems to be doing well at work. I think she's happy just to be doing stuff again. And hopefully she'll be upgraded soon - they need decent people at the top of the ladder. Speaking of which, I've been offered a promotion which I'm not sure I should take or not. I'm waiting to see how much more money they want to offer me, since I'm finally snug where I'm at. But at the same time, I've gotten used to changing jobs every few months. And doing new things. But also - new job would be high stress and I'd have to give up by DILs. Argh. Decisions. Well, again, that's why it depends on money.

But yay, money! Lady will has it!
