Bit behind in things. The overnights at work totally messed up my schedule a lot more than I thought they would. I mean, I was hoping to be at least a bit productive during the day, but ended up rather zombie-like. So NaNoReadMo hasn't had much love and neither has NaNo.

I did put together a little photo book of my Tucson photos, partially to see how much it'd be as a potential family Christmas present type thing, and partially to see if I could do a decent job of putting a photo book together. I would like to give certain family members a photo book of some sort, and I do want to put together a book on Tucson, so it converged into this. I'm not very good with layouts, so if anyone with a better eye for that wants to critique it, please do.

In other news, I need to email my evangelical aunt and let her know I'm bringing my girlfriend to the family Christmas and that she needs to get out her vitriol now. For some reason, I'm having trouble phrasing that in a nice email, so if anyone can find the relevant hallmark card, I'd appreciate it.

Okay, back to being 10k+ behind in NaNo...

This one?

"Dear Aunt Jesus McJesus,

I am not coming to Christmas because I have decided to become a baby-blood drinking Jew.

HA JUST KIDDING actually I am coming and so is my girlfriend.

BYE NOW!

Love and kisses,
Someone having non-God-approved fun while you're not."

I agree with the above comment~ you took some awesome pictures. +_+

Living up in Phoenix with all the ugly suburbs and crappy politics making me jaded and spiteful, it's easy to forget how pretty Arizona actually is. XD Then I drive for two hours north or south and it's like a totally different state.

I really need to see more of the Tucson area, though, clearly. Do you like Mt. Lemmon? :D

2 hours North of Phoenix is AWESOME. I went up to Jerome and Sedona for my honeymoon and it was glorious. Of course, the desert just outside of Phoenix is pretty nifty, too (naming the features "Dead Man's Gulch" and "Black Canyon" only makes it more so). :)
