Hello Summer!

It's like it turned Summer and the weather finally got the memo. Grey skies peeled back to reveal some sort of bright, burning orb in the sky. Dunno what it was, but I was assured that we were not all about to die in an imminent, literal blaze of glory.

We went strawberry picking this weekend - been wanting to go for months and months. Ever since February, when I start craving FL strawberries. So we found a place and made sure they were open and went. Itsy bitsy strawberries and not too many due to the cold spring, but they're flavorful. I thought we might make something with them, but maybe I'll just eat them as is. :)

Four weeks now - finished a list of apartments to look at for next weekend. Hopefully in a week we'll have an address. Then in four weeks, packing. It's funny how much closer things get when you reach the month mark. I imagine it'll be getting quite hectic here soon.

In the meantime, going to enjoy this 60-degree summer while I can.

I've found a place on Adelaide just north of the university...but I still don't quite have a grasp of the neighborhoods.
