Much much has been going on. Much much has yet to be done. And it's nearly the end of April and I have not done my quarterly review of my goals. This much I can say without much thinking: I am failing in the wordcount sector, but man have I ever pwned exercising and changing my diet. Lady reminded me that I should be proud of that and I am. It was a big lifestyle change, complete with getting up at 4am. But it has been completely and utterly worth it. For one, I have not taken a painkiller for migraines or headaches since February and I have not used the emergency spray I have for my anxiety since then, either. That means a lot - I had been popping excedrin nearly every day for a while there and using the spray twice as often. I was a mess and convinced I needed medication and now. Now I'm amazed at the difference.

And now that I have that down to a habit, I need to make writing a habit. I was almost there, then I let all the visitations become an excuse. Arrgh.

But beyond those goals, I need to re-write my year plan. Make more goals and figure out the steps that'll take me there. I'm doing well with reading two books a month, but I need to work on my website, write a business plan, and more. So much more. I might also have been inspired by this blog post, which is like what I did last August but to the max.

So I'm going to buckle down and work on that plan this week. I think that's a good goal. And encourage Lady as she develops this sudden and bizarre penchant for cooking. Heck yeah!
