spryngHappy autumn! This is my favorite season. I love the colors, I love the smells, I love the foods - mmm. And the crisp cool air. Which is why, when it got up to 85 today, I was somewhat disappointed. But I wore my happy fall socks nonetheless, which you can see in today's photo.

I received my remote for my camera in the mail today, along with a gorilla pod and a macro filter. The macro filter is not nearly as amazing as the macro lens, but it's also freakishly cheaper, so will for now help me get those details I'm after. The gorilla pod is my cheap tripod for now, which can also be wrapped around trees and chairs. I wrapped it around a kitchen chair for these shots. And the remote... oh how I have been looking forward to that. The remote made these shots possible. Also, I may or may not have had a lot of fun jumping up and down in our living room in a dress with an umbrella. Maybe.
