Sep. 5th, 2009 10:37 pmThis morning, long after waking up, I chanced to look up and saw all these tiny grey dots around the corners of the ceiling. Upon closer inspection, they turned out to be baby spiders. I guess that fat spider we herded out earlier in the week left a sack somewhere. Either way, lots of baby spiders plus two people who are really no good at killing earwigs, let alone spiders, equals quite a bit of time herding the babies into a glass and taking them outside. Thankfully they would freak when we got close and immediately drop, so we just had to position the glass underneath them.
Lady soon had a glass full of them.

I don't think there are any left, although they're tiny enough to have just disappeared anywhere. Here's to a happy and long, fly-catching life for those babies, just not in our apartment.
