Seriously—it looks beautifully remodeled and a pleasure to visit and stay aboard for a week or so. And yet all the beautiful remodeling jobs in the world will not save you if the bilge pump hasn't been serviced since 1970, or the hull is rotting. And that one cannot tell from the photos.
