spryngMy wallet came in the mail yesterday. Postmarked May 7th. A month and a half after they said they would said it, a month after they said they had sent it. They either lied or they did send it but failed to copy the address correctly from my ID somehow. Oh well. Thankfully I know where it is now, and I have my rubles and military ID back. Yay!
Today is my last day of Latin. I've had a Latin class every semester since first year. Which means I've had a class with Rohrbacher every semester since first year. Sometimes two classes a semester. And an ISP. And a thesis. Thankfully, I still need to have the last thesis chat with him before graduation, but... I think realizing that this is my last Latin class is making me actually realize that school is going to be over soon. I mean, I'll go onto grad school for at least an MA, but damn, I really loved it here at NCF, even if I started getting sick of the students this year. My only regret is that I wish I'd taken advantage of tutorials, but I realize that tied in with not knowing what I was doing until 3rd year.
Only a few more classes left, which mostly consist of exams, then some baccs, then a week of moving and thinning out my stuff even more (why is it so hard to part with stuff?), then graduation, then Lady's sister's wedding, then Seattle, then workworkwork, then Benni's wedding, then packing and driving and a new life... So much! Hopefully it'll take my mind off the fact that I might never see most of these people again. And planning to come back for next year's graduation helps, too. It's actually far less sad than I was expecting, but that might be because the fear of moving in July overshadows it still...
