Can I finish rewriting chapter one today? I hope so. Can I finish rewriting chapter two by the end of the weekend? Perhaps. I don't know if I'll actually be able to get chapter three done by the end of next week, though. This shouldn't be too hard. I have all the research done now. I just need to write. I think I even know for sure what my thesis is about, and it doesn't look like it's going to up and change (unless R decides it should ;.;). Either way, he basically told me to start slacking with classes in order to get it DONE, and I'm going to do just that. Here's hoping I can completely rewrite (actually, write, really; there's not much I'm saving from the first draft) my thesis in two weeks.

Edit: It's almost 3am and I'm a page or so away from being done with the chapter (it's 19 pages right now) but my mind is mush and I've already sent what I have to R. Now I can't sleep. Wtf?

I really really really like that R told you to slack off on your actual classes. You've always put too much pressure on yourself anyway. =P Also awesome is the fact that the class you slacked in was his!

It's the easiest class to slack in, since it's the easiest to make up, and it's not like I desperately need Catullus. xp
Will probably be skipping Ancient Novel on Thursday, too... xp
