Zombie flu, leave this place!

This has been one of the more bizarre illnesses I've had. I started getting sick Friday, had a fever on Saturday, fever was gone and I was pretty much fine Sunday (except for one nearly fainting spell), then Monday fever was back and the most excruciating headache to boot. Stayed home, which was good, because it only got worse and I spent most of the day useless and asleep. Then both the fever and the headache dissipated suddenly in the evening and I actually managed to eat something. Yesterday I was very tired and weak, possibly due to the whole lack of eating. I went to work but came home early and slept some more. Today I half expected to wake up with a fever again, but it seems to have given up. Now I just sound awful. Yay.
Don't want to go to work. ;.; I feel like I didn't really get a weekend, since I ended up sleeping it all away. But at least today is Wednesday...? I'm so woefully behind in writing, too. And they keep piling things back on me at work. I mean, they took some of it away, made me Queen of Deed in Lieus, but now they're like, "here's some more title work!" And I'm like, "holy shit, guys. I am still overwhelmed as it is. Please give me half a chance to catch up on my work before giving me more. ;.;" Or pay me more. Or something. Sigh.
But hey - at least I'm not sick anymore.

Ended up coming home early again today anyway. That's what I get for claiming I'm not sick anymore. Felt all woozy and fainty and just couldn't get anything done, and apparently was scaring the coworkers a little to boot. So home and more sleep and then baking in the apartment because it's over 80 out and we haven't got a fan let alone a/c. Let it rain please. Or at least give us some clouds.

Edited chapter two of Mili a bit. Still lacking in parts, but I suspect they'll find ways to be fleshed out after I've established more of the plot. Now that I'm not sick nor traveling far and distant places maybe I can get back to this writing thing and get a chapter a week done. That would be lovely.
