All I ever talk about is thesis. This would naturally lead to the assumption that all I ever do is thesis. This is not true. All I ever think about is thesis. Completely different.
'Cause I also play Half Life, sleep, eat, drink too much caffeine, fitness center, work, tutor, walk, drive, waste time online reading Fark, reading webcomics, reading "real" news, sit in the common room, play solitaire, play spider solitaire (oooOOOo), read for class, translate for class, study for class, hang out here or there, fret, watch Buffy, drink wine, fretfretfret, update LJ, fret some more, check ILL website obsessively, and talk about how much thesis work I have.
Actual work done to work fretted about getting done ratio: 1/18
Thusly is my life unexciting.
But an update on the thesis front, since I know ya'll care so much. Chapter three is six pages done and requiring the analysis, however R wants me to go ahead and rewrite the first two chapters. Even though he has no grasp of what I'm actually doing and what will be needed to rewrite those two chapters - and that I kinda still need to finish chapter 3 to see if this whole thing will even work - I'm going to go ahead and at least start because I can't seem to get myself to actually write anymore for 3. On the R front, I am not on good with him right now, which is probably all just in my head, but he seems to be in a foul mood lately and whenever I've tried to talk to him about the thesis (read 3x) he seems... disinterested. So I'm only hoping that when he gets the rewritten chapters and finally knows what my thesis is about he won't tell me to rewrite it. ;.;
