Awesome night of revelry with the amazing

pennywhistle last night. I tried three new things: bone marrow, snails, and muscles! It was delicious.

Haven't been posting metrics even though I've been doing them every day because a) sometimes I finish writing right at bedtime and don't give a shit about posting and b) sometimes my metrics are truly abysmal. Like yesterday's. Which was somewhere in the realm of 600 words. Yeeeah.

But it's also going slow right now because I'm slogging through plot that really hasn't been written before and getting to the point in the story where everything needs to change. So it went from edit-edit-edit to write-write-write very suddenly. Hence the slowdown. Still. There is a possibility right now that I may actually finish this second draft (first draft?) before November. Which would be lovely.
