Not a good showing. Again. But I think I'm finally through the part I've been struggling with for days. I don't think I've been giving myself enough percolation time, either. Percolating = fun writing! Not percolating = aaargh, whar ideas whar??

Other things: started IFing again, this time a bit more serious than last. Actually following the 14hour (+) fast protocol this time and taking some amino acids around working out time since I work out at 5:30am and don't actually eat anything until 10 or 11am. I'm hoping it will cut some of the body fat I put on prior to and during wedding bonanza as well as help me get out of this rut I'm in at crossfit. I don't feel like I'm progressing. At all. And I feel like I slid back pretty far on a few things, too.

Other other things: Even though the metrics are probably boring for you guys, it's really been keeping me on track knowing that I need to be accountable for my words every day. I put in that extra few minutes to squeeze out those extra few words for sure, as well as not allowing myself a skip day.

Other other other things: FALL. AUTUMN. EVERYWHERE. I am itching to make pie. This weekend is going to be a pie weekend!!
