Hadrian's Wall

Well, that was kind of amazing and lovely. I have a lot to say (and a lot of pictures!) but for now I will just tease you with this while I try to get over jetlag and finish editing the 300+ photos. Mostly of sheep.

I did a DITL for the Thursda before last, so that will probably go up first (sometime today), then I'll do an incredibly long recap post. But if all that's TL;DR, then we had fun and the best bits looked like the photo above. There you go. :P

Hadrian's Wall

Although we had no access to the internet and no way of posting in time to make the official DITL cut-off, I figured I'd take the photos anyway and post them, because why not. It helped that this particular DITL coincided with the most scenic part of our hike.

In which our heroine braves the wet, windy northern hills of England, sees some sheep, and maybe visits a historic wall. Warnings: Sheep. More sheep. Lots of sheep. )
