No photo today, but I'll make up for it tomorrow, I swear. Been hanging with Lady instead, and catching up on day 3 of the prop8 trial over at Prop 8 Trial Tracker. It's an interesting read, if you have time to spare. Obviously, it's biased, but I'd rather the bias than someone trying to be fair to hateful people whose arguments really don't make much sense. And it's hilarious. And it's an insight into the legal thinking behind these sorts of decisions, which I really appreciate.

And if you haven't read it yet (and if so, where have you been living?), there's also the piece in Newsweek by one of the lead attorneys for the trial.
