Just pretend I posted this yesterday night and didn't end up going to bed really early. I took today's yesterday's photo with my new strobe that I bought with Christmas money. I still don't know what to do with the rest of the money I got and was explicitly told to use on camera gear... it's about ~200 so I'm thinking of putting it into my lens fund and just getting something with that in a few months. Just... need to decide which lens. 85-200 zoom? Or the 105mm macro? Or 12mm wideangle? Leaning towards the 85-200mm for now, since it'd be the most versatile and definitely something I'd want to have by Katie's wedding in June. Tja.

Anxiety-wise, the headaches have been less severe, but more persistent, and I'm in a continual state of feeling detached from my own head and surroundings. Less pain, much more general anxiety. I didn't stretch today, and I didn't yesterday either, and I've been eating really poorly.

Life-wise, I made a list of what I want to accomplish this year and began mapping it out over the upcoming months. So far I have my writing goals mapped out as such:
Write Full Draft Zero of Book One of Sen (Rekedi's Book)
- Word Count Goal: 100,000 words by end of May, or in 151 days or 663 words a day
Write Full Draft Zero of OIBM
- Word Count Goal: 80,000 words, May to August, or in 92 days
Rewrite of Draft Zero of Book One
- September to November
Write Full Draft Zero of Book Two of Sen (Kem's Book)
- Word Count Goal: 100,000 words by January

Ambitious for me, but I'm hoping the slow start with just ~700 words a day will help ease me into the other projects. And this morning I got about 750 words, so yay.

I also want to read 100 books. I started this last year, but it fell by the wayside in the summer when my anxiety flared up (and possibly also while I was reading the Fire and Ice series). I'm currently reading Stross' Accelerando and plan on finishing it by the end of the week.

And... need to get ready for work.
